Caring for our guests' needs is part of our commitment to 5-Star Service. With our CARE Line, each guest has access to assistance with a range of issues. Things like room comfort, personal items, and help with medical issues are only a phone call away.

The CARE Line is your direct line to our 24/7 hospitality team. Any guest may dial ext. 2273, and a hospitality team member will assist you. From extra blankets or pillows to escorting guests to their cars, the CARE Line is for your convenience.

The CARE Line may also be used to contact a case manager to assist with advance directives, guardianship concerns, home healthcare, insurance and other issues.
