Easy Cream Cheese Pie
INGREDIENTS
1 pkg (4 servings) instant Jello sugar-free, fat-free cheesecake pudding mix
2 cups cold fat-free milk
1 pkg non-fat cream cheese (8 oz), softened
1 reduced-fat prepared graham cracker pie crust
METHOD
Prepare pie crust according to package directions. Place non-fat cream cheese and fat-free milk in bowl. With mixer, mix on
medium speed for approximately 2 minutes or until smoothly combined. Add pudding mix to milk and cream cheese mixture and beat for 2
minutes on medium speed. Pour immediately into prepared pie crust. Refrigerate at least one hour or until set.
Note: Will not set if made with soy milk.
YIELD: 8 servings; 155 cals; 4 g fat; 23 g carbs per serving.
