Tuna Salad Wraps with Cucumber and
Red Onion Relish

Healthy Hint:
To reduce the fat in each sandwich by about 3 grams, use fat-free mayonnaise in the tuna salad.
RELISH
1 large cucumber, seeded, finely chopped
1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
1 tablespoon chopped Italian (flat-leaf) parsley
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons purchased Italian salad dressingTUNA SALAD
1 (12-oz.) can water-packed tuna, drained, flaked
1/4 cup light mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup sliced green onions
6 (7- or 8-inch) flour tortillas
1. In medium bowl, combine all relish ingredients; mix well.
2. In another medium bowl, combine tuna, mayonnaise, celery and green onions; mix well.
3. Spoon tuna mixture evenly onto tortillas; spread to within 1 inch of edges. Top each evenly with relish. Roll up each tortilla.
